So, its a no go on the house rental with Megan. She's having trust issues, which I completely understand, she's been screwed over in the past by roommates, but hello?!?! So have I! I've always been a very good, reliable roommate. At least I like to think so :) Heck, I took care of my ex for 3 years all on my own! haha. So anyway, while she's contemplating that over, I'm now looking to DOWNGRADE (nooooo) to a one bedroom. That sucks. At least until the first of the year, when I can actually qualify to buy my own place. So for now, I need to save save save! In the meantime, my love life is kind of a big question mark, school is hanging in there, and well, not a whole lot going on. I miss my sister and my nephew, (and dale too...), and well, I just want something exciting to happen! Oh wait...next week I turn 26...that's kind of exciting....one year closer to 30 ahh! That's a scary thought. I really want a baby before I'm 30. What are the chances of that happening?? Haha. No lectures please, its just some random thoughts going through my head. I got a new ipod touch, I'm LOVING it, it is so much fun. Now if I could just have all the fun stuff that goes along with it...or the money to upgrade to an iphone...
And sometime in the next year, along with my house, I plan to purchase a brand new car. My first one. I've had two used cars now its time for my new one. I'm thinking...Mazda. What do you think??

Go girl !!! This would be the market to buy a house !!! And I say get the car too, I was 47 before I got a new car, my husband didn't believe in new cars !!
